The Delia Ruffle Top from Fate + Becker is a delicate balance of romance and statement piece - perfect for fashionista birdies this season. From the round neckline with the drawcord channel through the band, untie the neck tie for a plunging V-neckline that's flattering for all busts. There are ruffles aplenty through neckline, along the sleeves and on the sleeve cuffs. Super soft, sheer (but lined), it is embellished with gold-and-silver thread detailing through the fabric.
