It features a plunging V neckline, a bodice that gathers flatteringly into a very deep shirred waist panel, and a two-tiered skirt complete with ladder lace trim between the tiers. Thre are frill cap sleeves, and even a little frill detail at the waist. Made from 100% cotton, it is lined through the body and down to knee length. In this vivacious red garden print, this is perfect for romantic events (wedding, engagement), for festive events (daytime party, end of year celebration).
